Register an account on the wiki's login page. Then stop the wiki, add your login name as a member of the group ''Admin'' in the file {{groupdatabase.xml}} in your wiki content folder (the file set by {{jspwiki.xmlGroupDatabaseFile}}), and start the wiki again.
